ABOUT FULL MOON FOODS 

With over 20+ years in the professional restaurant industry in Minneapolis and Chicago, Chef Hollie founded Full Moon Foods on the evening of the Pink Full Moon in April, 2022. 

Having built a successful business catering for yoga retreats and wellness events, Chef Hollie provides reiki-infused (energy healing) vegan cuisine for her community, offering local, organically grown, seasonal produce. 

Surrounded by inspiring, strong, independent women has shaped Chef Hollie’s career. Her Grandma Betty, owned a small catering company, her Grandma Norma owned a hardware store, and her Great Grandma Jane owned a small dairy store in south Minneapolis. The daughter of a gifted artist Charlien, Chef Hollie was brought up in a world of inspiration. Today, besides her culinary skills, she is also a painter, visual stylist, and writer who brings an artistic eye into everything she does. 

Chef Hollie has been creating her reiki-infused, artisanal, handmade cheeses for vegans and non-vegans alike for 5 years and began making her cheeses because of her own sensitivities to dairy and was called to offer a cheese that is cruelty-free and good for the planet too! 

Full Moon Foods uses organic ingredients in all of their offerings, and can cater events of any size and any budget.
